Stories of Hope and Healing From the Women of Thistle Farms

Thistle is a feature length documentary directed and produced by Ryan Camp over four years, following Thistle Farms, the Nashville nonprofit reinventing recovery work for women survivors of trafficking, addiction, and prostitution.

Produced, filmed, and edited by Ryan, the film premiered at the Nashville Film Festival, where it won Best Tennessee Feature in 2021, and screened at four film festivals including the Justice Film Festival in New York City.

The film also highlights Becca Stevens, a trail-blazing Episcopal priest who for 20 years has been building one of the most unique and successful recovery communities in the US, one day at a time.
